On July 29, 2026, Silyze hosted “Resilient AI & EU Opportunities” at Europe House Skopje, bringing together representatives from public institutions, the energy sector, academia, private companies and the broader innovation ecosystem to explore how artificial intelligence can move from emerging technology to practical infrastructure.
The event was built around a central question: how can organizations apply AI to solve real operational challenges while creating new opportunities for innovation and collaboration?
Discussions covered the practical adoption of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, the modernization of energy systems and the European programmes and funding opportunities available to organizations developing innovative solutions.
Representatives from the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Education and Science, the Government of North Macedonia, EVN, universities, public institutions and private-sector organizations participated in the event.
Their presence created an opportunity for stakeholders that often approach digital transformation from different perspectives to exchange ideas in the same room, technology builders, policymakers, researchers, energy-sector representatives and businesses.
From AI Concepts to Real-World Applications
A central part of the event was the presentation of two technology platforms developed by Silyze: Telentir and Atmolyze.
Telentir is an AI voice platform designed to automate and enhance communication between organizations and their customers, users or citizens. It enables AI-powered voice agents to manage inbound and outbound conversations, integrate with existing systems and support use cases across both private companies and public institutions.
Particular emphasis has been placed on making voice AI more accessible in the local market, including support for communication in the Macedonian language.
Atmolyze focuses on another increasingly important challenge: turning complex energy, environmental and operational data into actionable intelligence.
The platform is designed to combine information from multiple sources, analyze operational conditions, detect anomalies, support forecasting and provide organizations with insights that can contribute to more efficient and resilient systems.
Together, Telentir and Atmolyze demonstrate two areas where Silyze sees significant potential for artificial intelligence: intelligent communication and intelligent infrastructure.
Connecting Technology, Institutions and Industry
The purpose of “Resilient AI & EU Opportunities” extended beyond presenting new technologies.
One of the key objectives was to create a forum where institutions, technology companies, industry representatives and academia could discuss what successful AI adoption actually requires.
Artificial intelligence is developing rapidly, but meaningful implementation depends on more than access to models and software. Organizations also need reliable data, interoperable systems, appropriate infrastructure, clear use cases and cooperation between the public and private sectors.
For areas such as energy and public services, this collaboration becomes particularly important. Data may exist across multiple systems and organizations, while the greatest value can emerge when those systems are able to communicate and support coordinated decision-making.
The event therefore placed particular importance on interoperability, resilience and collaboration as foundations for the next generation of digital infrastructure.
